Creating and Using Labor Categories

In the project settings you are able to create, edit, and mark as active or inactive different labor categories for your projects.  Labor items created in Time and Labor will sync back to an originating Fishbowl Work Order when applicable.  Please note the labor item will be created in Fishbowl if there is not a pre-existing part and will match based on the spelling of the item.

Clock-in Screen

When clocking in, first select a project from the drop-down.   Then select the applicable labor category.

 

Auto-Archive

By default, projects are archived after 15 days of inactivity.  To disable this feature, simply uncheck the option in project settings.
